Ohio Bankers League - Website Marketing SeminarLast week I had the chance to present at a marketing seminar sponsored by the Ohio Bankers League in Columbus.   The topic was “How to Transform Google Searchers into Customers.”

Studies show that people who are considering a new bank use search engines more frequently than any other form of advertising media to help them make their decision. Participants learned seven steps to get a steady, predictable stream of traffic from search engines, and how to convert more of that traffic into new customers.

We have received great feedback from the banks that attended.  All were community-based banks in Ohio.  I reviewed the bank websites for attendees before the seminar.  As expected, there was a LOT of room to improve their search engine rankings.  But more surprisingly, most of the bank websites have a lot of room to improve the way they attract new business from people once they get visitors to their website.

If you are a community bank leader, we can help.  Call our office at (888) 774-7323 to schedule a consultation.  I will review your website and put together an action plan to attract more visitors, AND convert those visitors into new business.
