Now Hiring: Project Manager

Spire is hiring a project manager

Do you love working with others to help local organizations grow? Are you skilled at listening, managing details, and balancing multiple tasks?

Spire is looking for a motivated, energetic Project Manager to join our team in Ohio.

What Is a Project Manager?

A Project Manager works alongside Spire's customers to help them continually coordinate marketing and fuel growth. Project Managers uncover customer needs, collaborate with other pros at Spire to deliver solutions, and help to communicate results back to the customer.

Every day, you will serve as your clients’ trusted point of contact for website, marketing, and development services, maintaining an open line of communication between yourself and your clients. As the primary interpreter and translator between client and internal teams, you'll help clients understand their results and advocate for their needs and preferences. Using our project management system, you'll ensure all of the details are gathered so that project timelines and budgets stay on track and marketing goals for customers are met.

You will receive in-depth, on-the-job training as well as ongoing support to help you develop your skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to build rapport, ask questions, listen carefully, and uncover core needs of customers
  • Experience with marketing is preferred, including a basic understanding of digital marketing practices
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience managing projects and coordinating details, timelines, and customer assets
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, while making complex things simple
  • 2 years relevant experience preferred

This is a full-time position in an Ohio office that includes competitive pay and benefit, flexibility, great culture in an established marketing firm, and the opportunity to directly impact local business success in your local community.
