Now Hiring: Marketing Coach

Marketing Coaches at Spire are the ongoing point-of-contact with clients to maintain strong relationships. You will:

• Work closely with select clients, helping them drive strategy, adapt to change, and fuel growth.  
• Collaborate with specialists on our team for strategy and execution of campaigns, content, and website development.  
• Get in-depth training and ongoing support to develop your skills as a trusted guide with clients. 

We’ll equip you with our “Every Client, Every Week” activity that will help you keep key initiatives moving forward. You will be a client advocate, while collaborating with in-house specialists who will help you and your clients succeed.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have: 

• Excellent customer service skills and experience, confidence communicating, asking questions, and thinking on your feet. 
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, while making complex things simple. 
• Experience working as part of a team, collaborating with others to achieve goals. 
• Experience with marketing and/or content creation. 
• Strong organizational skills. 

This is a full-time position at our Ashland, Ohio office that includes competitive pay and benefits, flexibility, and a great work culture in an established marketing firm.
