This is a great way to significantly boost exposure, build brand recognition, and show up on huge sites like weather.com and others. You can typically get a lot of traffic for between 35-65 cents per click. We’ve even seen CPCs as low as 3 cents with these ads!
Google Text Ads are best used to reach people who are actively searching for your products, services, or even competitors. Done correctly, you’re almost guaranteed to show up at the top of search results as long as you have the budget. The only drawback is costs—you’re likely to spend between $1.40 – $12 per click, depending on the competition in your market.
When set up with the right strategy, each of these sources can provide a profitable stream of traffic as you wait for your site to start ranking in free Google search.
