Now, 6 months later it's time to review successes & failures of the system I talked about. Some of the things I was doing worked very well, and have become a permanent part of my organization system. Other parts haven't worked as well as I'd hoped. Let me review both.

Donny - Thank you for the review

Thank you for the review

Getting Things Done With Google Apps: 6 Months Later - Blog

Lauri Lubi - I found www.toodledo.com

I found www.toodledo.com useful. It has Andoid app, iPhone app, sync to Google calendar and Google Gadget. I check this on a regular (twice weekly) basis.Additionally, I somewhat use GTDInbox. It's a free extension to Firefox that integrates with Google Mail (both gmail and Google Apps). I'm sure it can do more than what I use it for, but it helps me keep my various gmail labels organized.

Getting Things Done With Google Apps: 6 Months Later - Blog

Dan - If you’d like a tool fo

If you’d like a tool for managing your time and projects, you can also use this application inspired by David Allen’s GTD:http://www.Gtdagenda.comYou can use it to manage and prioritize your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.A mobile version is available too.

Getting Things Done With Google Apps: 6 Months Later - Blog
